Shabbir Karimi

Co-founder and CEO

Serial entrepreneur with more than 20 years of business experience. He is the founder of 4 successful technology companies. From product creation through company acquisition, he led Panopota (now part of Fortinet) a leader in cyber security. He holds a B.S. Computer Science, E-commerce Technology, DePaul University.

Javed Husain

Founder and President

Has more than 25 years experience directly in software development. Co-founder and CEO of Streamline Healthcare Solutions, LLC - Private Equity Exit. He is also the Co-Founder of multiple technology companies. He holds an MS, from the University of Florida and a BTech, National Institute of Technology, India.

Jamil Husain

Co-founder and CFO

Brings over 25 years of leadership experience in finance, operations, professional services, strategic consulting, and product lifecycle management. COO of Streamline Healthcare Solutions, LLC - Private Equity Exit and Led Carrier iQ’s (now AT&T) worldwide consulting team. Jamil holds an MBA, from the Kellogg School of Management and a BEng Computer Science, National Institute of Technology, India.

Ashwani Garg

Co-founder and Chief Product Officer

More than 25 years of creating tech product startups. Co-founder and CEO of Kalpnik.Has held leadership roles at Intel, Trillium (acquired by Intel), and other startups. He holds an Executive MBA from IIM, Bangalore, and a BEng in Computer Science from MNNIT, Allahabad.

Shiraz Hazart

Co-founder and Chief Technology Officer

Brings over 12 years of enterprise technology experience, specializing in cloud services and artificial intelligence.Former engineer at Google Inc. for Google Cloud Platform and previously an architect at Fractal Strategies, developing AI-powered financial trading systems. He holds a B.S. in Physics from, the University of Illinois, Urbana/Champaign.

Jonathan Evens

VP of Sales

Over the last 22 years, Jonathan Evens has ingrained himself in all aspects of the parking industry. From equipment to hardware and software, Evens's extensive knowledge of ‘all things parking’ has allowed him to bring successful solutions to customers across many markets. He recently completed his Master of Science in Sales Leadership.
